- ambitious colleagues - relatively good salary - attention to staff training - good investment possibilities for big brand support and large accounts

Cons

- work around the clock - very short term goals (creating a lot of parallel trade and thus fierce competition via your own company) - big countries go first (I was working in a "smaller"European market - due to constant restructuring employees fear to lose their job each day

Day-offs, vacations and half day Fridays plus work-life balance and company car policy

Cons

very low salaries, no international career opportunity, very slow decision making, undemocratic approach, uncorrect information flow on company facts and personal careers, unrealistic & not-matching positions, high circulation of people, low profiled management team, unfair evaluation of competencies and favoritism.

Pros

Have operations worldwide, so it was a good chance to experience other culture and opportunity to travel abord for some postions. Most affairs are standardized, don't need to wonder around.

Cons

Had to work overtime in order to compromise other colleagues who work in other time zone!!!! Personally, this is BIG CON but same for every other worldwide company.
