Pros

Learn to think on the fly and improvise with store managers while bringing stock onto the floor. Work alongside supervisor is mixed with days on your own.

Cons

Fine way to earn some cash as a community college student although you'll need to have scheduled night classes in order to work for Mattel in the daytime. Patience is required when the workload is split up between more associates than are really needed.

Good pay. Educated co-workers. Half day Friday. Very fun work environment. Fun campus events. Excellent facilities.

Cons

Really is not much to say here, perhaps just the level of politics.
