A value-driven company with an incredible legacy. It may seem a little old-school at times, but executive leadership is always thoughtful and empathetic.

No cons I can think of.

no extra hours of working, half day friday

Cons

too much dependent on long timers. Most employees are there for more than 10 years and they don't embrace new people well.
