Pros
After being at the company for a little over 6 months, I would have to say this is an amazing place to work! The culture at MatterHackers is very family oriented. The people in this office are so genuine,kind, and helpful. There is tons of room for growth and you are never left not knowing where you stand with your managers. Managers are down in the trenches with you, and are willing to do whatever it takes to help you grow as a person and employee. They just want to make sure you are excelling at your job. The perks are pretty awesome as well with Lunches supplied on Wednesdays, free snacks in the kitchen, and some flexibility with your schedule.
Cons
This is a growing start up company, which is NOT a Con. But if you are not a flexibly person who isnt ready to get down and dirty to help the company grow and you grow as a person then this job is not for you.
