Pros

Before 2022, it had a fantastic Hawaiian culture. The people were truly valued, and everyone worked hard to support each other and always make customers happy.

Cons

After 2022, Kering acquired Maui Jim and the culture is completely different. Compensation was lowered, all decisions are made in Italy, motivation has disappeared, and the employees are not valued at all.

Pros

Best lens in the industry. Customer service is great.

Cons

Expectations for remote reps unrealistic. They don't allow for much creativity in the way you sell to accounts. Poor training for AEs.
