Pros

They offer free food, fixed hours (great for those who don't want to get called into work at random hours and like a tidy schedule), a fun work environment. There are opportunities for pay raises with more time working with the company, and the company rewards loyalty.

Cons

Jobs get monotonous or boring over 8 hour shifts.
