Casual environment, can wear whatever you want, friendly atmosphere, company sponsored social activities, overtime if you want, product discounts

Cons

low pay compared to industry standards, many employees, even in higher management positions, have little or no college education, not much room for growth

Nice company to work with Aloha Spirit and enjoy the fun in workplace. Enjoyed working with them Good Quality and service is the motto of the company. So the brand gets popular because of that. Relationship with customers is very strong and it increases the sales in market place. The founder of the company is so kind and polite President of the company is so liberal and accept the ideas

Lack of leadership Management. The senior management needs to understand the ground realities and country specific problem areas & needs to be addressed periodically rather than taking last minute decision Micromanaging employees is very serious threat to loss loyal employees in future. Review by the immediate superior should be reviewed by HR also
