      Pros

      Flexibility in scheduling, chances to advance, very open to new ideas, feeback is given often, no policies- but philosophies instead. Very team focused.

      Cons

      When you finally do move up, it seems as though your raises level off, much more is expected of you, and there are many petty things that must be kept up with that are almost meaningless. Sometimes their idea of being generous can cross someones comfort zone. Too pushy with credit card sign ups.

      Pros

      Hands down: company values and culture. In today's world it is hard to find a company that values customer service as much as Maurices does.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, It is a salary based position and it is very common to put in well over 40 hours in a work week. Also, the pay is low in general, but the way they value their employees can sometimes make up for it.

      Good training program, good benefits, good employee discount, good pay

      Cons

      I had a terrible boss, people were fired all the time, lots of theft, really high expectations that were very hard for the team to reach, very little feedback from my boss, HR department made some legal mistakes that were very serious, very few bonuses , crappy hours
