      Pros

      One of the higher-paying stores in the Great Falls mall. Pretty generous employee discount.

      Cons

      No real growth opportunities (not that that's out of the ordinary for retail).

      Pros

      Good discount (40% regular price, 20% clearance), small tight-knit team, cross trained on all areas (registers, greeting, fitting rooms, support)

      Cons

      Expectation to upsell each transaction and increase the number of units purchased, push credit cards, dig enough when greeting customers to find what they’re looking for specifically, put suggested items in fitting room without asking first. Pay also isn’t the highest compared to other retail stores.

      Pros

      Working with the awesome customers that come in and the district manager Carly is amazing.

      Cons

      My store leader is a micromanager and likes to accomplish everything herself except for sales that’s all on you I haven’t done much for operational stuff and mostly on floor this is not the place for growth. I wish it was because the company it’s self is amazing
