      I like the discount that we get.

      Cons

      I wish we got the store discount on top of our associate discount like other stores do, along with the credit card discount. They want employees to have a card, but we don’t get the additional off by using it. If you have other stores cards other places where you work, you usually get that too. The SL is also do as I say not as I do. She doesn’t really help with shipment, will get on her phone but expects stylists & others not to have their phones on them. Pay is also small for what you have to do. Other stores start at 15/16 while you make minimum wage
