      Pros

      People are great...diverse company, and lots to learn

      Cons

      Pay is only good if you have a degree. They do not look at your performance, so pay increase not so good. They through guy you into a pack of wolves. Certain staff has patience training you and other just expect you to know everything. Biggest problem lack of communication. Upper management and lower management. They tend to take upper management word. Employees have no voice.

      Great people to work with, not to work for! It used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Current ownership/management does not know who to treat loyal employees. The company is run by budgets, instead of taking care of customers and associates.
