      Pros

      They take care of their employees with quarterly bonuses, gift cards due to productivity, pizza parties, Christmas raffles.

      Cons

      Employees in other departments not paying attention to oncoming traffic while on their cellphones.

      Pros

      The plant manager sets the tone for others to follow, he expects employees to treat each other with respect, be held accountable and treated fairly. Pay scale and benefit package is good. Employee safety is a priority. There are a lot of good people working here and most work together very well. Opportunity for advancement has never been better for those people that naturally rise to the top because they have demonstrated good work ethic and a willingness to learn and have a team player mentally. Most people like the 12 hour continental shift schedule.

      Cons

      The facility does not have air conditioning and gets very hot for a few months in the summer. Forced overtime to cover vacations during peak times. Some people may not like the 12 hour continental shift schedule. Frequent machine breakdowns with a fix it when it breaks approach rather than preventive maintenance.

      Earned a lot of money and experience, but not a good company to work for, at least in my area!

      Pros

      Wage adjustment made it a nice paycheck. Reward hard work and lots of overtime. (Far too much at times though!) Great coworkers at the Sturtevant plant.

      Cons

      Lacking a safe environment. Cannot keep employees so they force everyone to work 60+ hours a week. 12 hour shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off but you rarely get your 4 full days off. HR is hard to get ahold of and rarely has your back after the first week. Far greater expectations than realistic with the equipment and help they give you.
