Long hours and overworked most of the time

Vacation time is very limited. For 8 he employees you have to work a full year before you receive paid vacation time. Your first year you only have to non paid days that can be used, otherwise you get pointed. They work on a points system. The work load isn't distributed evenly, more senior employees are assigned little to no tasks while less senior employees are expected to do most everything. The only other con I honestly have is as far as talechnology goes, this plant is many years behind times in the injection molding industry which makes tasks more physically demanding as well as making tasks such as mold setting require a lot more time than necessary
