      Pros

      Fast pace environment where individuals in every position can be contributors. Employees are required to have drive.

      Cons

      Common high growth company growing pains - often short staffed, requiring constant prioritization (often times, valuable things lose out). Initiatives are planned and launched too quickly and fail to with stain the test of time. While BWAY is a friendly atmosphere, many people work in silos - often afraid to share information about their current projects, goals, etc. By sharing - communication could improve greatly across areas.
