      Pros

      Policies and procedures are being revised, documented, and most importantly implemented. Employees are adapting to new systems and are excited in working on improving current systems. Strategic new hires in important human resource areas are being brought in to solidify an already strong team.

      Cons

      Having to change the mindset of readers on Glassdoor about Mauser.

      Not enough communication to lower level employees on state of the business, future plans, etc.
