Bway great pay and work as much as you want.

Cons

safety is a joke not even a practice here forget it, they'll work you to the bone and everything at this company is wore out and busted they want quality from crap. they try to replace 40 years experience with no experience.

Insurance horrible, not enough involvement with management and employees. They go by hear say instead of knowing themselves

Good place to work, pay is what you want. Worked Alot hours that I wanted and some I didn't.

Pay, insurance, most supervisors were great. Got Alot of good training from some supervisors and awesome engineer.

Cons

Wish they were more family friendly, upper management that was.
