      - Relaxed environment - Easy work - Never had a payment issue - Relaxed management - Allows for *some* remote work

      Cons

      - Pushed away from remote work for no real reason outside of extra surveillance opportunities - Company laid off a lot of people during COVID, and if anything were to jeapordize their profits again, I wouldn't put that past them. - No real training program. Learn as you go - Not the most competitive pay
