Management will invest in their people if they see potential. Ethical, competitive, marketable and profitable company to work for - fairly secure job market.

Cons

Very Fast paced , some will struggle with this. Make sure you can handle it, as soon as a project is done, you're onto the next one. It's all about EBIDTA and the bottom line - what have YOU done to contribute to it?

Pros

It will provide for your needs, people on the floor are very nice to work with. They care about the safety of the employees.

Cons

The business managers are very poor coming from different fields and have no knowledge of what they are doing. They will not leave their office and most of them couldn't even tell you how to start up their departments equipment.
