      Pros

      Nice people work here they are actually screened, no felons allowed. I'm not kidding the people seem mostly normal Its a man's world at Bway but they managed to treat the women here just as good as the men. There is one man in charge here who is so unbelievably nice. I've never in my life meet anyone in charge with feelings. He's good to everybody -new hires -women-men-ugly-cute-ect

      You can be fired at anytime! Brace yourself to work long hours on your normal workday + getting up on your days off to sort rejects or attend a early scheduled 6:00 am meeting. your working every other weekend for as long as you work here Your never safe here, anyone can be fired at anytime. I was going to just ride it out realizing at any moment it could be me that gets fired next. (because I liked it) but a different job fell in my lap and I took it.

      Pros

      Good folks for the most part in the location I am at.

      Cons

      Expectation o fmanagers to work excessive hours. Management does not give freedom to actually do your job and manages you inot oblivion. They look at people as numbers, not assets.

      Pros

      Good starting pay, plenty of OT for hourly employees, flexibility on schedules, and.... I cannot think of anything else that is positive.

      Cons

      Repetitive, boring, non challenging work. Most of the employees have worked there for decades and their processes and ways are antiquated and their unwillingness to change and make progress is evident. Those in management have attained their title because of their length of work rather than merit or abilities.
