Pros

People in the company are realy great to work with. I am speaking primarily of the people in the plants and not the Atlanta or Chicago offices. Upper management is clueless at best.

Cons

Upper management only cares about lining it's pockets once the company is sold within the next two years. Everyone in the lower ranks knows this and it is constantly being discussed.
