It's a job, that's about all I can say as a Pro for this dysfunctional company. Not sure how they got 2.5 star rating, that's 3 stars too many!

Cons

Run, run, run from this organization. Working for this company is like stepping back to the 80's. The Executives go on F bomb tirades at every opportunity, they pay the employees less than a living wage (in manufacturing!), and equipment is not maintained at all. They care nothing about their employees and only care about pushing out crappy products to get the top line sales. This company is owned by a private equity firm and has been for years and it shows. Get the PE firms payout and move on to the next sucker.

Facility has potential and the workforce is willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Cons

Plant Manager is the main issue. Has made racist comments and remarks about the employees. Belittle employees and made derogatory remarks. When addressing issues and bringing it to his attention it falls through the cracks. Threatens employees with their jobs and over all creates a hostile work environment. Has no regards to safety, puts employees welfare at risk just to get numbers and when something does happen, that is when he acts.

The corporate office in Atlanta were amazing....they supported all of the 26 plants with a very small crew...their Safety Director Helen was over the top..You don't find people like her anymore....very detailed and knowledgeable in her field...she was the ONLY one in this Dept...cutting edge technology

Cons

Long working hours; Executive level out in Oakbrook, IL was out of touch with the daily demands of the job...constantly downsizing per this business model; High high turnover due to job burnout
