      I thought it was a good move at first, but with no support, favoritism, bad leadership, and no chance to grow, I decided to leave.

      Union shop, good people on floor in production and maintenance

      Direct leadership is very under qualified and incapable to properly manage the 8 people under them between the 2 supervisors 😂 there's help out there boys go get a couple classes!!
