Company was fond of bringing in lunch for employees.

Cons

Buyer spends majority of time performing data entry, including inputting manual inventory counts from the warehouse. Role did not contain enough work for 40 hours. Was occasionally asked to cover reception/phones.

Good starting pay. Good work schedule. Some nice co workers.

Cons

Mostly ran by ex cons. No real leadership or guidance. Kind of unprofessional atmosphere. Human resources is one person who has very little time. Plant manager is disconnected from the employees and process. Very unprofessional.

You get a paycheck and that’s it.

Cons

This company makes it possible to squeeze change from Pennies. Equipment is neglected and constantly failing, 40+ year old equipment. Company is very cheap and will not spend the money to fix equipment. Average work week consisted of Saturdays with an average work week of 60 hours. Company has a high turn over rate, literally see a new face daily. Equipment is constantly going down due to lack of operator knowledge and language barrier with a mix of neglected PM’s and a plant manager who wants the equipment to run as fast as possible 24/7. They will interview multiple candidates at the same time and choose the person who takes the low ball offer.
