      Only thing I can think of is decent pay.

      Cons

      CEO hired a President- #5 in 9 years - - and Plant’s Boss - that are there to cash in on their big retirement pay day when they sell the company. (This is from their own words.) They never talk or even look at us in the plant. I disgusted and will be going soon. A year or two and they will gone, just like the others. Saw this too many times. Stay away.
