-No path forward. -Manufacturing company. Not the latest and greatest tech but getting there.

Very outdated. Outdated systems, machines at plants break down all the time, transportation equipment from like 1980. They are very reactive and not receptive to proactivity. A lot of resistance to change or improvements. Most people who are required for changes are either too busy, blow you off, or make empty promises. No feedback about how you're doing, even when you ask for it. Don't really feel valued or appreciated. Often see positive feedback or promotions to people who coast by, but you feel unnoticed when you go above and beyond.
