Global controller has not a clue what he is doing- changes constantly and can't remember his own changes. No company processes- HR can't do reviews two years in a row. No work culture AT ALL- do your work and get a paycheck...

They will provide you with a check. Most of the employees worked hard. They may train you if you request it and a lot of work needs to be done.

Cons

Organization and continuous improvement were lacking. Very little accountability for employees. Keep increasing redundant paperwork and overlapping quality requirements.
