      Pros

      Some facilities have great support for employees. You get plenty of exercise and there is always something new to learn or do. Great benefits and good teamwork.

      Cons

      Some facilities do not have support or resources needed. HR causes many issues with keeping good employees. Labor intensive positions but newer technologies are helping.
