Corporate always plays the blame game to cover their butt. You will get thrown under the bus tires everyday until you leave. They cannot fix the issues, so they blame others for their ineffectiveness!

Drama. Manager's snoop through computers and employees things. Don't treat people fairly. Double standards. I had a good manager when I started, they replaced him and the manager I have now is terrible with people and it makes this place a night mare. The drama runs deep. My bosses bosses give him a hard time, he deflects it and gives us a hard time. New manager scape goats his troubles on to his employees. No frills, or company moral boosting events. You don't feel valued here. You feel like your head could be on a chopping block at any moment.
