      Pros

      Generally really good co-workers potential for great products.

      Cons

      Sr. Management has no clue what they are doing - they make it up from day to day. Focus is on the daily or weekly P&L with ZERO idea how or where they want to take the company. It's all about getting their bonus payouts and then leaving! Also - Management is aware of illegality taking place from environmental and safety standpoint across dozens of plants but refuses to do the right thing!

      Pros

      Pay. Other people in other facilities are will to help. Rancho person no willing to share info or assistance on certain task. Maybe they think it's job security for them or maybe they think they are not obliged to be team player. Manager at facility does not encourage working as a team.

      Cons

      No team environment. Work load expectations unrealistic. Rude and and unappreciative on your contributions. No training at all.
