The interview process took a whole day with multiple rounds and I was offered a job.

Cons

Work life balance was terrible, especially during covid.

Pros

We have access to leaders. Can learn a lot working under them.

Cons

No proper management of employees. A lot of people will be on bench and they won't be allocated project and will get fired. They don't know to manage human resource.

HR gets lazy some times and there is no reply from their for a long time.
