Good if you're in a testing domain Only testers Gets on-site oppertunity Worst company policies Polictics in higher level

Cons

Don't think of joining if you're a developer Not much of the employee benefits All higher level are of testing domain so they don't know what's a developer needs. Don't know how to get/retain the projects.
