Some colleagues are helpful and skilled. Basic infrastructure is decent.

Cons

Severe lack of active projects — expect long periods on the bench with no real work. No hike or appraisal despite strong performance and previous ratings (4 and 3). Contributions from previous years are ignored when it comes to rewards or recognition. HR behavior is unprofessional and rude; not open to conversation or feedback. Was asked to resign without valid discussion — the only reason given was "no projects." Overall, very little transparency or long-term vision for employee growth.

Pros

Good exposure to different phases of SDLC. Even with STLC. Management is good. Considering the employees view and solutions put forward by employees to an extent. A very good attempt I should say.

Cons

High work pressure because of the work load. Simultaneous working in different projects are like mandatory. Could be better in terms of hikes and payscale.
