Work culture is good. You can get great exposure technically since they have multiple core banki projects. Also you get paid full even on bench. Even during covid they supported their employees in all way and haven’t fired even then.

Cons

Couldn’t see any cons but infrastructure wise they can improve. Also employees can stay long if paid more.
