Pros

I've been at Maverick for over a year and can say the "work culture" has been a great fit. Generally, there's a lot of positivity here and people, like myself, are happy to come into work- that's the best part about working for Maverick. The growth opportunities offered here are hard to find elsewhere. There are ways to pave your way or create a lane to succeed if you're willing to work hard and act in a team. All around great team and run by a wonderful, forward-thinking, family.

Cons

My only con is I commute, but others do as well.
