Great work environment! The lower management team listens to you. (For the most part)

Cons

Poor pay scale, seniority does not seem to come into play too much when it comes to promotions. Hiring from outside of the company.

Review for raises about every 3-6 months, set schedules, management is usually reasonable with time off requests, paid vacation/ paid sick time, 40 hours if you are a dedicated and reliable employee

Cons

Open 365 days so it is usually MANDATORY that every employee works on holidays, unless there is enough volunteers!
