Pros

Promote people from within the company. Hire interns and entry level employees with great mentorship. It's a great growth company. They are expanding the brand and are part of a diverse portfolio for the parent company FJ Management. Great headquarters location in downtown SLC, with a great teamwork culture.

Cons

2023 acquisition changed the day-to-day processes and expectations.

Decent pay, okayish work environment.

Cons

Poor management, at least at my location they wanted us to work in the front of the store and the kitchen while alone in the store. They also frequently scheduled me to get off work at midnight and come back at 3:00 am.
