Pros

50% Discount on food and drinks, seasonal gifts from the company, bigger discounts on gas for Nitro Card members.

Cons

No performance based raises, team members and lower management don't get bonuses, was left to run the store by myself quite often.

No care for sick kids

Pros

Worked well with a schedule I could do as a single mom with kids in day care.

Cons

When my child got extremely sick and needed to be in the hospital over night multiple nights at a time the company refused to allowed me time off wether that was fmla, pto, or a unpaid leave if absence. I was told no and that I was expected to be at work. Or to put my notice in. They don’t have any remorse or care in the world that I was the only person my infant child 12 month old had to fight for him or speak for him while in the hospital.
