Pros

Solid foundation, especially in Utah. Lot's of opportunities to learn early in your career.

Cons

Leadership is terrible. An elite CEO and culture-setter 'retired' (fired). Management didn't know how to set goals and so overpromised, underdelivered. Led to 60 hour week, multiple rounds of layoffs and firings from top to bottom. Just corporate greed, they aren't struggling financially, they just want to make $10 and are only making $9. Also very willing to demote leaders to lesser positions.

the pay is okay, reasonable range

Cons

The lack of diversity is really concerning. It makes me feel like no one really cares about races other than white, and I often feel excluded. Working here makes me feel like I need to see a therapist just to cope. I’m not sure if it’s the company culture, but my coworkers all seem fake and cold lol

Some of the best people work here. Free drink refill once per day.

Cons

If you value your mental well-being at all, this is not the place for you! I dreamed of working for this company for YEARS and wound up feeling awful all of the time until I left. The bullies are higher ups and department heads. The worst people you know will get promoted and the people who deserve it do not. Management does not care about you and it is very apparent. Get ready to feel uncomfortable any time you're in the office because the vibe is so weird. Have any concerns? Don't mention them because they will use it against you. If you are part of any minority group it will be a very uncomfortable experience for you! They actively push against any DEI initiatives.
