Store is important

Pros

Salary, training, solid teamwork, and willing to make sure people are properly equipped.

Cons

The store you work at can be either the best working teamwork and taking care of their work, or they are essentially the bad girl clique and want to slowly push you out.

Pros

Benefits to help out the communities and people around you with services and discounts.good people to work with in some stores, awful in others. Customer and worker interactions of store to store vary drastically with how in shop politics are. You can meet good people and lots of low quality workers as well.

Cons

Lots of pressure from upper management, long hours, low pay for quality of work expected. Trail you on like a carrot on a stick to get store manager position. Its hard work and you have to like to be a leader without leader pay.

Poor work conditions

Pros

Straight forward work, good training, and friendly co-workers.

Cons

Horrible working conditions. Employees are not allowed to rest feet during long periods of standing on concrete. No cushion mat to stand on. My legs and feet hurt so bad I could not focus on the customers or my training. I have a heart condition and was not able to continue working.
