      Good benefits, decent commission plan.

      Cons

      Big brother is always watching, about 10 cameras in shop. No communication from upper management. Trigger happy with hiring and firing.

      Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
