The salary is good. It is what you make of it. If you are motivated and are a hard worker then you will be please with your salary

Cons

I have not found any cons for (me) I like to work long hours and work with my customers and coworkers.

Internet issues in some areas and some addresses to some vendors need to be updated . They move to other garages.
