Pros

They have Good hours and holidays off.

Cons

Asm, and service managers cant wear short pants and living in florida getting over 103 degrees un summer it gets really hot, Also not enough pay for service managers other company's are paying more for doing less. And also there is no motivation on moving up to a manager when the salary is $58,000 a year when there are other company's in the automotive industry that start paying at $73,000 up to $90,000 a year plus bonus.

Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance

Fair compensation and Fair expectations.

Cons

Hours, 55 plus per week with expectations of “Johnny on the spot” responses when off. Having to use my personal email for documents. Communication from above going through personal phone instead of placing email into stores. Lack of access to track performance of both staff and store such as a PnL statement, weekly individual performance reports, ability to pull up report ranges from previous years. Store managers are accountable for everything yet do not have all access to report generation to allow accurate tracking in specific areas. Paid time off black out dates and restrictions based on time of year. All employees locked down during the major end of year holidays. Not optional to go see distant family out of state for Thanksgiving giving, Christmas or even new years. Holidays by FaceTime app
