Pros

Company pays good when you work hard. Base pay is minimal, commision and overtime is where money is made. If you can deal with that, you'll make good checks. In terms of work itself, it's very fast paced at times but mostly its really easy honestly. Just gotta keep everything in order and do your jobs and everything will be just fine.

Cons

Lots of negative employees really bring down the mood, The low starting pay and dismal commision rates probably don't help. Ah, also the pto sucks.
