Pros

Pay is decent for management.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Managerial promotions are done based on who you know. No raises for salaried employees (supposedly, though most of us know that is just false and that they are choosing not to effect their bottom line in payroll). Vacation scheduling is ludicrous. Only company I have ever worked at that required you to take a week at a time. Enjoy working weekends because it is non-negotiable. Be prepared for senior management to laugh in your face when you ask for any of the above. If you love pushing credit cards and Google reviews on people (up to and including "buying" the reviews for discounted services) this is the job for you. Otherwise stay as far away as you can.

That you get bonuses after you hit the store GI

Cons

They expect you to know their system within a week, there’s no communication, they tell say you get paid weekly but you get paid the Thursday after the week, doesn’t work with you on a schedule if something comes up
