      Quick advancement, just to be moved and demoted

      Cons

      Being in constant fear for your job. Threatened if you don’t get a Mavis card. Expected to be paid for 40-45 hours and actually work closer to 60. Cuts corners, price gouging customers. Constantly swapping people from store to store, Very dishonest company

      Cons

      Work all weekend. Harassed about selling unneeded parts and services to customers. Upper management treats assistants and service managers with disrespect. They will hold promotions over your head unless you sell what the company is pushing. If you rip off customers you will get promoted
