      Pros

      Mavis is a family. My co-workers are some of the greatest people that I have worked for. There are a number of incentives, and opportunities to move up in the company. They train you and give you the tools to succeed. Mavis is what you make it.

      Cons

      There are a few cons to Mavis but none that can not be change. One being the low compensation, another is no over time options. My last con would be vision not being included in the benefits package. If they fixed that they would be aces.

      Pros

      Mavis has always been fair to me, compensates name well, good hours and has great benefits. I’ve been with Mavis since they bought STS. At first I was skeptical, but over time Mavis has proven to be a growing innovative company to work for.

      I really can’t think of any.
