Health insurance is good. Pay is good

Cons

No lunch breaks. No sitting ever. You have to eat your lunch at the front counter in front of customers. Store manager can make 0 decisions without regional managers approval

Cons

Old style management philosophy. Little positive feedback for accomplishments. Always looking for negatives. Management creates atmosphere of fear and negativity.
