Pros
Really good company with really interesting projects! I started as an intern, and finally joined the company. During my internship, I developed a research project within the context of one of the products of the company, which was really engaging, and good for personal technical development. Really good working conditions and environment within the team. Really nice people to work with. Exceptional treatment between managers and subordinates in both personal and professional sides.
Cons
Sudden changes regarding the plans of the projects may occur, moving engineers to other projects. This may have several downsides. For instance, by the time that you have learnt the required knowledge for some project, then you have to move. Moreover, it is difficult to appreciate the consequences of your decisions in the long term, and therefore, difficult to learn from them. Finally, organization and coordination across certain different international sites should be improved.
