simply fire and hire policy , not good road map and tasks . do not waste time with this company.

* Rounds/waves of layoffs since the acquisition. The biggest one was Aug 2024 which degraded SG site and lowered the morale of engineers. Some have resigned following the huge head count reduction. * Top management in the US had the cringe-inducing audacity to not freeze hiring when they already know that company outlook is going south * Countless celebratory dinners and parties, more than what we’ve had during our ~5-year stint with intel - yeah it’s a con, a red flag for me * Roadmap kept changing, projects are transferred from one site to another
