      Pros

      Good technology, good products, good roadmap. Top management has been making right decisions

      Cons

      Terrible, authoritarian style company culture. Everything is top down, very stiff w/o much freedom or flexibility at bottom. Most staying employees don't feel happy about the culture but they choose to tolerate it for various reasons. Very high turn over ratio for former Entropic employees (acquired in 2015). It's ridiculous for such a high tech company to keep reinforcing working hours!

      Some interesting work and some good colleagues

      Everything else. Extremely dictatorial and communistic environment. Before joining I didn't realize this place was nothing but a chinese government branch. They will pressure you to death, work you to death, blame you to death. Give you super low pay so they can put a ton of money in their pockets

      Free bananas. And sometimes you can take them home!

      I don’t have to say anything. Just look at what just happened and what will happen. Excellent engineers left. Good luck for them as they will be trusted, treasured and respected in other companies. And the reason of this? Ask System VP!
